What is Pilates?

Pilates is a versatile exercise program that brings you enjoyment, engagement, and a sense of physical and mental well-being. The Pilates Method of body conditioning offers these benefits and more

Pilates is suitable for people of all ages. It is an exercise system designed to enhance flexibility and strength throughout the entire body without adding bulk. In Pilates, we emphasize key principles, including concentration, control, precision, proper breathing, and flowing movements. Consistent practice of Pilates yields numerous advantages for both body and mind, ensuring that your body continues to reap the benefits over time.

The Pilates Studio

We offer a variety of classes at our Pilates Studio in The Hague, catering to different preferences and skill levels. You have the option to train individually, with a partner (duo), with two partners (trio) or three partners (quartet), or in a small group (mat). We accommodate various levels of proficiency, including Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced.

Our studio is fully equipped with specialized exercise apparatus, including the Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda chair, High chair, Wall units, Spine correctors, power circles, and mats. We are flexible and can even tailor classes to meet your specific needs.

Training Programs

Private
We offer personalized private sessions, also known as 'personal training.' These sessions start with an intake session where your personal trainer customizes a training program tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Duo and Trio sessions
For duet and trio sessions, we utilize all the specially designed exercise apparatus. It's essential that your partners have a similar skill level to yours to ensure a productive session.
Mat Class
Our group mat classes, which accommodate up to 10 participants, focus on floor exercises using mats and incorporate the power circle and Pilates ball to enhance core strength. These mat classes are available at three different levels: Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced.
