Maria Carvalho
Maria is a Portuguese Pilates Instructor. She started practising Classical Pilates in 2017 after an injury that made her stop dancing. She began her certification in 2021 at Authentic Classical Pilates in Portugal. She is passionate about the method and the power it has in changing people's lives.
Maria also holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the University of Porto and a Master in Film and Photographic Studies from Leiden University
