Group Mat Classes
At our studio, we offer mat classes at three different levels: Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced. To ensure personalized attention and effective training, each class has a maximum of 9 to 10 participants. During these mat classes, we focus on floor exercises using mats and incorporate specialized equipment such as the power circle and Pilates ball to enhance core strength.
If you prefer to utilize the Pilates equipment, you have the option to participate in a Private class or one of our Duo, Trio & Quartet classes
Similar to our private, duo, trio, and quartet classes, the mat-based Pilates exercises also prioritize the strengthening of the "powerhouse." The powerhouse encompasses the area from the bottom of your ribs down to your hip line, including the abdominal muscles, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hip muscles, and glutes (buttock muscles). Strengthening the powerhouse provides you with energy, stability, strength, and control. With over 500 exercises available, these routines should be performed smoothly and with precision to achieve optimal results.
